Windy Team Visits Volvo Penta Test Center

The Windy team recently visited Volvo Penta at their test center in Krossholmen for an in-depth clinic focused on the latest innovations in marine technology.

The visit offered valuable insight and hands-on experience with new systems and developments, reinforcing our ongoing commitment to performance, reliability, and staying at the forefront of engineering on the water.

Windy Strengthens Partnership with Nautic Luis

Windy is pleased to announce that, at the Palma Boat Show, a new representation agreement has been signed with long-term partner Nautic Luis, covering both Spain and the Balearic Islands.

The agreement marks a special moment, signed during the 50th anniversary of Nautic Luis and the 60th anniversary of Windy Scandinavia AB—celebrating decades of shared commitment to quality and performance on the water.

As part of the agreement, Nautic Luis will also showcase Windy Yacht Tender Chase Boat models and sales material at their Puerto Portals office, further strengthening the presence of Windy within the superyacht community and engaging with the many captains based on the island.

Windy Expands Representation in France

Windy Scandinavia AB has appointed Olympic Marine as a new additional representative in France, strengthening support for new sales along the French coast west of Villefranche-sur-Mer and further north.

Led by the highly regarded marine sales professional Pierre de Cancellis, Olympic Marine brings extensive experience and strong connections within the luxury boating and superyacht sector. The sales and technical management office is based in Toulon, with plans to expand to St Tropez in 2027.

“We are excited to take on this challenge with Windy and continue building strong partnerships in the superyacht world,” says Pierre de Cancellis.

From April 29 to May 2, our Spanish dealer Nautic Luis will be exhibiting at the Palma International Boat Show. On display will be the Windy SR44, Windy 40 Camira, and Windy 34 Alizé - offering a closer look at performance, comfort, and Scandinavian design. This year marks a special milestone, as Nautic Luis celebrates 50 years in the industry. Their stand will be more than an exhibition - it’s a place to connect, celebrate, and look ahead to what’s next. You’ll find Nautic Luis at Stand M-32. Windy SR40 Swiss Premiere in Stansstad

On April 25 - 26, our Swiss dealer Hochmuth Bootsbau hosts its Spring Exhibition in Stansstad, open daily from 10am to 5pm, where the Windy SR40 makes its Swiss premiere. Alongside the debut, a wide range of Windy models will be on display - giving you the chance to step on board and experience the design, quality, and finish up close. We look forward to welcoming you on board.

Windy at Dalmatia Boat Show

Our Norwegian dealer Aaby Marine is exhibiting at Storbåtmessen in Leangbukta, Asker this weekend. Step aboard an impressive lineup including the Windy SR44, 34 Alizé, 32 Grand Zonda, 29 Huracán, and SR28 CC - each showcasing the performance, comfort, and timeless Scandinavian design that define the Windy experience. PDI Completed on Another Windy SR40

Pre-delivery inspection has now been completed together with the EOI team on another Windy SR40. As winter and ice finally give way, the 2026 season is just around the corner. Soon heading out to deliver performance, comfort, and confidence on every mile ahead.

Windy Appoints New Dealer In Australia

Windy Scandinavia AB has signed an agreement appointing Haines Yacht Sales as its official dealer in Australia.

Haines Yacht Sales was officially launched this weekend during the 2026 WPGA Championship and Festival of Golf at Sanctuary Cove. The company is led by highly regarded marine sales professional Greg Haines, who brings extensive experience and a long-established background in the luxury boating industry.

“This marks an exciting new chapter in the growth of our business,” said Greg Haines. “With the launch of Haines Yacht Sales, we are creating a dedicated platform for non-Princess branded brokerage, while also introducing the world-renowned Windy brand to the Australian market. We look forward to developing and promoting Windy as a leading offering within the premium segment. Windy will also serve as a complementary brand to the well-established Princess Yachts range that we proudly represent in Australia.”

The sales office is located within the prestigious Sanctuary Cove Marina, ideally positioned at the gateway to the Gold Coast’s renowned cruising grounds.

We are proud to announce that the Windy SR40 has been named European Powerboat of the Year 2026. The award was presented at the Flagship Night on 17 January during Boot Düsseldorf, recognising the SR40 for its outstanding design, performance, and all-round capability.
This prestigious title is a strong endorsement of the collaboration between designer Espen Øino and the Windy design team led by Jack Fenlon, combining visionary design with proven offshore know-how.

Windy returns to Boot Düsseldorf from January 17 - 25, showcasing two models that celebrate 60 years of Scandinavian boatbuilding.

On display are the Windy SR40, equipped with the new twin Volvo Penta D6-480 hp installation, and the Windy 34 Alizé. Both boats are presented with our exclusive 60th Anniversary package - combining timeless design with modern performance.
